Construction of new double storey Performing Arts Centre, including the refurbishment of existing music & drama rooms, external pavement works and interface between new & existing buildings.

Works comprise of the demolition of the existing double storey building to make way for a concrete & steel building sub & superstructure clad with a combination of precast, CFC & metal cladding.

The ground floor accommodates the office, art & gathering spaces with the first floor housing textiles, studies, art rooms & a tiered theatre seating area & stage.
