The redevelopment of the CBW site in Melbourne at the corner of William and Bourke Streets, Melbourne by Multiplex Constructions sees the external upgrade of the Streetscape to the requirements of The City of Melbourne. Extensive planning of traffic and pedestrian movement which are maintained throughout the course of the works has meant the area of some 2500m2 will be constructed in some 10 stages. The External Works Package to this multi level office tower is inclusive of demolition of existing streetscape, underground services, extensive stormwater connection works, new bluestone kerbs and channels, concrete subgrades and bluestone paving in the streetscape and internal to the building line.
