2Construct Pty Ltd were selected as a select tenderer and the preferred contractor to undertake the next stage of works associated with the revitalisation of the St. Kilda Foreshore precinct.

These specific works involve extensive works to the Jacka Boulevarde / Fitzroy Street precinct inclusive of resignalisation, public lighting, establishment of bike lanes, paved pedestrian malls and the installation of Tram Superstop.

Extensive soft and hard landscaping elements are included.
