DIRECTORS Prior to the founding of 2Construct, the Directors have had direct managerial involvement in the construction of projects, which have been award recipients in both State and National awards for Civil Engineering and Building projects over a period of many years.
Duncan McPherson : Managing Director
Dip.Bldg (RMIT), MAIB
Duncan is a member of the Australian Institute Of Building and a Registered Commercial and Domestic Builder. He has had over 21 years experience in both the building and civil construction industry. Duncan commenced as an administrator with Hansen and Yuncken Pty Ltd in 1980 before travelling overseas and working in the United States.
He joined J.A.Dodd & Company in 1984 and was later appointed to the positions of Project Manager and then Construction Manager. He was appointed as a Director in 1994 and became Managing Director in 2000 of J.A.Dodd Ltd. In 2004 he became co-founder and Managing Director of 2Construct Pty Ltd.

Peter Rahilly : Director
Bachelor Of Building (RMIT)
Peter is a Registered Commercial Builder and a member of the Executive Board of the Civil Contractors Federation (Victoria). He has had over 19 years experience in the building and civil construction industry. Peter commenced as a Site co-ordinator with Lewis Construction Company in 1987 working on large CBD developments.
In 1992 Peter joined J.A.Dodd Contractors Pty Ltd as a Project manager and was later appointed to the position of Construction Manager in 1998 and Director of J.A.Dodd Ltd in 2001. In 2004 he became co-founder and Director of 2Construct Pty Ltd.
