KEY PERSONNEL Our key personnel consist of Professional Builders, Civil Engineers and Quantity Surveyors along with Project and Site Managers who have had many years of experience in the Victorian Construction Industry on a broad range of projects.

Danny Peluso : Manager Estimating
Danny is a Quantity Surveyor who graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) and is a Member of The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
He has worked in the Construction Industry for in excess of 14 years in both professional offices of quantity surveyors as a cost consultant and with construction companies as the Senior Estimator and Contract Administrator. In his roles with such companies he has been responsible for the preparation of estimates for projects up to $20M and the co-ordination of subcontract and supply requirements for project procurement.
He has been directly involved with the Contract Administration of projects inclusive of all aspects of project administration. Danny joined 2Construct in August 2004.

Peter Lindsay : Project Manager
Peter is a Carpenter and Joiner by trade who has worked in the Construction Industry for in excess of 24 years with many major builders in Victoria. Over that time he has furthered his career through both study and personal application to progress from a Leading Hand to a Site Foreman to Project Administration and Project Management. In his more recent roles he has overseen the successful construction and completion of many projects in both institutional, government, pharmaceutical and private development.
His responsibilities include OH&S management, quality control, site supervision and project administration, client and consultant liaison and the implementation of 2Construct policies relevant to the project administration of the works. Peter joined 2Construct in October 2004.

Jason Best : Project Engineer
Jason is a Civil Engineer who graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. He has worked in the Construction Industry for in excess of 7 years as a Contract Administrator and more recently as a Site Engineer. His responsibilities have included tender preparation and quantification, completion of quality assurance and occupational health and safety project procedures and implementation.
His responsibilities now include project supervision, survey and setout, OH&S management, quality control, subcontract administration, client and consultant liaison and the implementation of 2Construct policies relevant to the project administration of the works. Jason joined 2Construct in March 2006.

Leish McKinnon : Project Manager
Leish is a Civil Engineer who graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. He has worked in the Construction Industry for in excess of 9 years as a Contract Administrator and as a Site / Project Engineer a to his current postion as a Project Manager. His responsibilities have included tender quantification, completion of quality assurance and occupational health and safety project procedures and implementation. His responsibilities now include Civil and Civic Project Management, OH&S management, Quality management, Head Contract and Subcontract administration, Client and Consultant liaison and the implementation of 2Construct Pty. Ltd. policies relevant to the project management of the works. Leish joined 2Construct Pty. Ltd. in March 2008.

Ewen Oldmeadow : Contract Administrator
Ewen has worked in the Construction Industry for in excess of 5 years as a Project Manager / Contract Administrator. His responsibilities have included the overall management responsibility of the day to day operation of a medium sized landscape business inclusive of completion of quality assurance and occupational health and safety project procedures and implementation.
His responsibilities now include tender preparation and quantification, project administration, OH&S management, quality control, subcontract administration, client and consultant liaison and the implementation of 2Construct policies relevant to the project administration of the works. Ewen joined 2Construct in August 2007.

Kristy Samuels : Office / Accounts / Administration
Kristy has worked in the office management area of the Construction Industry for a number of years and is experienced in the multi-disciplined skills required to successfully manage a Construction Company office. Her responsibilities include all aspects of office management inclusive of secretarial duties, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, tender documentation preparation and company inductions. Kristy joined 2Construct in July 2004.
