The Concord School Redevelopment will expand the capacity and amenity of the existing Bundoora and Watsonia school campuses over two stages. The scope of work at the Bundoora campus involves the construction of new two storey building with associated services, demolition of existing secondary wing and construction of new landscaped areas.
