Delivered under a D&C contract, the scope comprises construction of 17,266sqm 5-Star Green star high clearance warehouse and office facility which comprises a 36m super awning to the west of the warehouse, mezzanine office and dock office. The scope of work also includes external pavements to suit B-double access, staff car parking and an extensive landscaping package including biofiltration rainwater gardens.
