The scope of work comprises the construction of a new two-storey Learning Building including 14 modern classrooms, three senior science laboratories, dedicated staff workspaces, a purpose-built VCE Student Lounge, and a dedicated Pathways Centre. The scope also includes construction of a surface carpark, outdoor student areas and an active ball court.
