The scope of work comprised the design and construction of 23 warehouse units including internal mezzanine office and warehouse storage spaces as well as car parks and landscaped areas throughout.
The project also involved overseas procurement for key items like windows, joinery, and roller doors, all coordinated efficiently by the project team.
