The project comprises the design and construction of the Residents’ Club and Sales Suite, including an entry foyer, gym, multipurpose rooms, family room, play area, café, and a sales office and showroom.
Externally, works include outdoor multipurpose courts, cricket nets, and aquatic facilities including a play pool, lap pool and spa, alongside an at‑grade car park with infrastructure provisions for future EV chargers. The project further encompasses streetscapes, footpaths, road connections and landscaping, in addition to all associated utility services, authority requirements and building services, with full coordination and integration with the broader estate works.
