2Construct is a multi-faceted construction company, delivering a broad range of Building, Civil Infrastructure, and Civic landscape projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. Our project scope spans various sectors; Commercial, Industrial, Community, Education, Aged Care, and Sport & Recreation. We are looking to fill an urgent requirement in our team with the addition of a Site Manager overseeing projects $5m-$30m around Melbourne.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver some great projects over the next 12 months and beyond.
To be eligible for this role you will need the following:
- 10+ years Site Management experience
- Be comfortable to run projects in excess of $5m
- A strong understanding of the construction industry
- Construction-related tertiary qualification / Trade experience
- Strong communication, negotiation and an ability to keep the client on side.
- The ability to lead a team, communicating effectively with people at every stage of the project
- A desire to take on a permanent position where you will deliver a successful project.
