Genazzano D'Houet Level 3

Works included the refurbishment and extension of Level 3 of the existing D’Houet building. Existing open terrace areas were built out to provide two new classroom spaces, while the existing office and learning spaces were refurbished to provide additional amenities, a new multi-purpose space, and upgrade of the existing classrooms.

Works involved the re-screeding and tanking of the existing terraces, with new classroom spaces comprising a structural steel superstructure encased in a glazed and zinc clad facade. Internally, existing walls were modified to create large classroom spaces with new carpet and paint finishes throughout while an existing office space was converted to new toilets.
