This project is the building of a new chapel on current college grounds for Mt Lilydale Mercy College at 120 Anderson Street, Lilydale. Works include Demolition and excavation of site surfaces and preparation of building platform, Construction of a single storey building comprising worship space, meeting space, bathroom and other internal areas, as well as Implementation of hard and soft landscaping, including masonry retaining walls, terrace paving and drainage.
