Works comprise the demolition of existing paving and landscaping to make way for 2 new college facilities. The administration building is a single level building accommodating the school administration and including provision for storage and amenities. The 2nd buildings a double storey building accommodating learning areas, amenities and storage areas. The two buildings and surrounding facilities are interconnected via open walk terraces, external pavements and stairs. All building are predominantly concrete and steel structures with brick and compressed sheet external walls and metal deck roofs. Internally the buildings are have fitted out with the standard college quality finishes.
