The contract involves the construction of a new 4-star Greenstar storage/warehouse and office facility together with high capacity hardstand areas over 25m deep driven precast piles, concrete pavements to service the operations of the facility and solar panel installation. An elevated outdoor shelter together with associated landscaping works is also included.
