Project comprises double basement, ground floor retail and 3 levels of apartments / penthouse accommodation, Ground floor retail provides for basic shell construction while the resident component if marketed towards the upper end market with high quality finishes and fittings being used throughout. The building structure is a mix of insitu, precast and light weight construction while the building envelope is a combination of precast concrete, CSR power panels, alucobond and aluminium framed windows.
