Early works stage comprised of the diversion of electrical and gas supply to the site before demolition of the existing building, followed by part demolition of the existing classroom building, allowing the construction of a two-storey classroom, theatre, amenities, and collaboration space. The new building comprised in-situ and precast concrete structure with structural steel frameworks clad with aluminium glazed screens and feature external cladding. The internal spaces are dominated by two internal tree house structures and feature concrete stairs. The external landscape areas were upgraded to provide new play space areas including feature concrete pavers, play equipment and steps for seating areas.
