2Construct were awarded the contract for the refurbishment and extension of four existing buildings together with the construction of the new residential wing of the Villa Maria Aged Care Facility in Berwick. The works will provide for a total of 25 new bedroom with ensuites together with the refurbishment of existing accommodation areas to contribute to the facilities expansion and upgrade. Works were undertaken within the operational facility and therefore works were staged and co-ordinated in consultation with the client and project consultants.
