2Construct Company Day 2026

The 2C team came together for the annual 2Construct Company Day! Held at Toorak Park - a project proudly delivered by the 2Construct team in 2024, the day was all about reflecting on achievements, sharing updates on current projects, welcoming new team members, a session from Josh Piterman (Behind the Mask) on self-awareness and regulation, and, for the first time, putting our knowledge to the test with trivia led by quizmaster Hamish McPherson.

At the 2Construct company day, we recognised Site Manager, Quenton Gascoigne and Construction Worker, Luke Anthony for 20 years of service!

From day one, Quenton played a central role in the on-site delivery of civil works projects, coordinating teams, managing documentation, liaising with clients and consultants, and maintaining strong safety and environmental standards. Over the years, Quenton has been instrumental in delivering some of 2Construct’s most notable projects, including Lennon Mills, the Schreurs & Sons Packing and Distribution Centre, the Kinetic Bus Depot in Preston, the Parliament of Victoria’s East Wing Refurbishment, and significant public-realm upgrades such as the Federation Square civil works. His contribution over two decades has helped shape not only the projects he has delivered, but the great culture that defines 2Construct today.

Luke joined 2Construct in 2005, starting out on the Argyle Square project, soon becoming a key contributor to on-site project delivery - coordinating subcontractors and keeping construction running smoothly. Throughout his time here, Luke has been involved in many of 2Construct’s standout projects, such as Southbank Boulevard, Crusader Caravans 4Ten Epping Estate, Qube Logistics Pavement projects, Qube Warehouse, Lennon Mills and more recently the Bakery Hill Redevelopment which won the Excellence for Civic Landscape award. His long-standing tenure has not only influenced the success of the projects he’s delivered but has also helped shape the dependable, hardworking team of construction workers.
