The brand-new primary Fairview Building is Stage 3 of Aitken College’s masterplan. The project encompasses the construction of a new single storey building accommodating Prep to Year 2 including 3 year level common areas, classrooms, teachers offices, and amenities. The scope also comprises Prep to year 2 outdoor areas, associated civil and external works, building services and landscaping.
