Construction of new 1500m2 Children's and Community Centre on a green fill site in Melton. The building is single storey, comprising of a ground slab, structured steel and timber super-structure. Masonry, metal cladding and compressed sheet completes the external envelope. The facility accommodates; kinder rooms, occasional care rooms, community rooms and staff work / lounge areas.
