The contract involves an office fit-out to the existing cold shell area (1128m²) of level 2 at Bunjil Place, City of Casey's vibrant entertainment precinct in the heart of Narre Warren.

The works consist of glazed office partitioning, suspended ceilings including fire-rated ceilings and walls within the existing roof void, floor, and wall finishes, and an operable wall system. The scope also includes mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire services installations, integrated joinery, new workstations, furniture, and equipment.
