The project encompasses the development of new 790m2 single storey sports pavilion with upgraded social rooms, canteen, gymnasium, player and umpire change rooms, offices with amenities, support facilities and associated soft and hard landscaping site works.


The works include the establishment of the temporary sporting club portable accommodation to facilitate existing users and the demolition of the existing pavilion.
