G.H. Soppet Pavilion

2Construct have been appointed head contractor for the construction of a new state-of-the-art pavilion at Mentone Reserve. City of Kingston Council worked closely with local sporting clubs to develop the plans for the new facility and the restoration of the heritage significant G.H. Soppet Pavilion.

Works comprise the construction of a new, two-level building to support the growing number of club members, local sporting events and to promote and encourage female participation to sports. The new facilities include increased space and number of change rooms, additional public toilets, increased social room space, a larger undercover spectator area, and a first-floor viewing deck with increased lobby and foyer areas, office and meeting areas.
