The project required the construction of two sports ovals. The sports ovals require bulk and detailed earthworks, construction of future services for sports pavilion including gas, water, electrical and sewer. Also required is stormwater drainage, irrigation, public and sports lighting, hard and soft landscaping, concrete and gravel paths, cricket practice facilities, fencing to the ovals including netting, and the construction of a children's playground.
