Melton Town Centre Revitalisation – Stage 3 Civil & Landscaping Works

The central business district of Melton underwent a transformation in stages to create a vibrant, pedestrian accessible and safe town centre. Stage 3 works added to the previously completed Stage 2 works providing clear pathways, encouraging people movement, creating spaces that enable both passive and structured programmed usage and provide more opportunities for traders to utilise the streetscape.

The proposed redevelopment works along McKenzie Street between Alexander Street and Palmerston Street include asphalt, concrete, earthworks, drainage, kerb, water main relocation, public lighting, paving, soft and hard landscaping and ancillary works.
