Mordialloc Secondary College

The project comprised 3 stages of building and landscape works across the Mordialloc Campus. Stage 1 involved the conversion of the existing library building into the new performing arts centre, including the partial demolition of the existing building and the extension of both building area and building height to create the new facility.

Stage 2 comprises the demolition of the existing multi-purpose hall to make way for a single indoor basketball court inclusive of foyer, amenities and weights room. The final stage 3 comprises landscaping the central courtyard of the college and refurbishing two existing toilet blocks.
