The scope of work comprises the demolition of the existing Block A building, including associated site infrastructure and services, and the construction of a new STEM & Library building. The new facility will include a STEM room, library, art room, presentation and briefing spaces, as well as associated storage, circulation, kitchenette spaces, and amenities.

The scope also includes site-wide services works, the construction of a new 25-bay carpark (north), and minor external reinstatement and make-good works.
