2Construct - POV Ministerial Wing 01

The project comprised the internal refurbishment of approximately 450m2 of existing space within the Legislative Assembly Ministerial Wing of Parliament House to form new office space and meeting facilities within the Wing.

The refurbishment works include the render repairs and painting of existing surfaces, making good of existing windows, new carpentry and joinery,the installation of steel glazed screen headers, glass partitions and feature timber cladding to create new office spaces.

Protection, preservation, and reinstallation of existing bluestone floor, doors, and heritage skirtings also formed part of the project scope, including the redirection of existing services and the installation of new services; electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical and fire services.
