The design and construct project comprises approximately 8,330m2 food grade pallet storage warehouse, including operating hardstand, weighbridge, office, server room, gate house, entry-exit gates, curtilage, car-truck parking off Blomberg Road, cross overs, landscaping, office refurbishment and demolition of existing infrastructure.

The facility accommodates high volume truck and container storage movements, together with the efficient receival, warehousing and dispatch of goods. The live site maintains a fully operational status throughout the construction period through to the reconnection of all services.
