Scammell Reserve Pavilion Redevelopment

2Construct - Scammell Reserve Pavilion 01

The need to build active communities through community sport was part of Councils approach to redevelop the WA Scammell Reserve.

The $2.8 million new pavilion, is home to six sporting clubs. The works consist of the construction of a new sports pavilion approximately 1,100m2 and an under roof area of 740m2 for football and cricket.

The works also included demolition of the adjoining existing pavilion and reinstatement of that area.

The pavilion provides female friendly change rooms and toilets, improved spectator views, and a large multi-purpose community meeting space. The upgrade of site infrastructure is also incorporated in the project.
