The scope of work comprises refurbishment to the ground floor of the Tobin building to create a new commercial kitchen, canteen, dining area, and study space, construction of new covered outdoor spaces next to the new canteen for additional dining and outdoor activities. The scope also includes demolition of the existing science/canteen building and create a new landscaped piazza for gatherings and events, covered area with tiered seating and ramps and a new connected walkway.
