St Albans Heights Primary School

The scope of work comprises demolition of existing north block (and associated site works and landscaping) in two stages to facilitate the construction of a new Learning Centre and new Administration and Library Buildings. The new North Learning Centre building comprises of 6 classrooms, flexible learning space, staff space, canteen, science/food space, community space and amenities) including associated site works and landscaping. The new Administration and Library Building contains administration offices, sickbay, meeting rooms, staff room, library and amenities including associated site works and landscaping.
