The redevelopment of Sunbury College involved the refurbishment of approximately 1,700m2 of existing teaching space into creative art and library spaces and the construction of 1,400m2 new Year 7 learning spaces.

The works were staged over 18 months to allow the school to continue to operate whilst the works occur.
