TLC Homestead Estate Wallington

The works at TLC Homestead Estate aged care facility in Wallington, Geelong undertakes a 135 bed refurbishment to two existing buildings. Building 1 (Homestead Lakes), a 75 bed aged care facility and Building 2 (Homestead), a 60 bed aged care facility.

The scope includes the partial strip out and demolition of existing bedrooms, dementia rooms, nurse stations, medical and staff facility areas with new joinery, finishes, equipment and furniture.
