Wesley College LIR - Main Works

Construction of the new Dining Hall and Kitchen to service to the new Learning in Residence facility at Wesley College, included the provision of new infrastructure, extensive landscaping, and civil works to accommodate the installation of pre-built modular buildings by others.

Landscaping works included detailed concreting works and tiered seating walls, advanced planting of trees, feature garden beds & rockeries, street furniture, external path, and feature lighting. The Paving created walkways and connected the landscaping to the buildings.

2Construct worked closely with the school to program the tasks, ensuring that minimal impact to students and staff on campus. The construction site area was fenced off while allowing all access to all surrounding buildings. Noise activities were scheduled before school operation hours and minimized around exam periods.
