Some of our 2C team attended the Master Builders Victoria 2023 International Women's Day Breakfast - an inspirational event focused on gender equality and inclusion in the building and construction industry.
This industry-leading event was hosted by MC, Jo Stanley, Television, radio, and podcast personality, who introduced our key speakers, Michaela Lihou, MBV CEO (Interim), Lauren Matthews, Acting Executive Director and Director of Programs at the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission and Kelly Cartwright OAM, former Gold Medallist Paralympian.
The presentations were followed by a live panel discussion, focused on the importance of, and strategies for working together to develop a workforce where diversity, equity, and inclusion are truly valued.
