Bakery Hill’s renewal plan underpins a truly remarkable visitor experience and is the focus and catalyst that draws together the best that Ballarat and the region has to offer. This redevelopment helps reposition the entire Bakery Hill precinct as a destination.

The scope of work comprises demolition of the existing landscaping and pavement of Bridge Mall, construction of new landscaping, pavement and road across Bridge Mall, Grenville St & Coliseum Walk. The scope also includes installation of signage, new plants & trees, FFE, linemarking and traffic control.
