Brighton Grammar Annandale Pavilion

The works comprised the demolition of the existing Annandale Pavilion and the construction of a new (1300m2) two storey plus part basement pavilion, which accommodates the high performance teaching space, staff & managers office, strength and conditioning spaces, together with VCE learning classrooms and function space to the upper levels. Change rooms including showers and amenities, support the existing main oval and synthetic soccer pitch at ground level. Works also comprised the realignment and reconstruction of the public access thoroughfare (Cramer Walk) through the school grounds.
