Through consultation with the local community, the Melton City Council identified the need to provide additional support services for the senior residents within the local community.

This project allowed for the extension to the existing Early Years Centre and provided a 510m2 single-storey extension, incorporating Meeting and Community Rooms, Public Amenities and a small Commercial Kitchen.

Due to an increase in the facilities use, the existing carpark was also been extended by approximately 1200m2 to accommodate the additional traffic flow.
