Casey Fields Soccer Pavilion

The project involves the construction of a 1025m2 single level sporting pavilion to service the new sports fields which are currently under construction for the City of Casey.

The new pavilion will house eight change rooms including amenities, four referee rooms, a first aid room, and storerooms. The central area of the building will accommodate a community room serviced by a dedicated bar and kitchen facility. The building structure has been designed to allow for the future expansion of the building both horizontally and vertically.

The building structure will comprise a slab on ground with a structural steel superstructure and a suspended concrete roof slab. Timber roof trusses will be constructed over the suspended roof deck to achieve the required form of the building. The external envelope of the building will comprise block veneer walls with aluminum window frames.
