Emmanuel College

Construction of a 1300m2 open learning building including associated staff works and amenities areas being stage 3 of the Colleges development. The building comprises pad and strip footing substructure with precast external walls, structural steel roof structure, reinforced concrete infill slab and metal deck roof. Internally there is a combination of fixed and operable walls to facilitate changes in room sizes and functional use of the building. This new building is interconnected to existing buildings via a covered walkway area.
