The streetscape rejuvenation on the southern end of Fitzroy Street between Grey and Acland Streets, includes a landscaped central median strip with mature palms, relocation of tram stop 133, plants and feature lighting and captures stormwater runoff to irrigate the garden beds. There are pedestrian refuges in select locations, public art work and an informal deck and seating areas to allow people to pause and relax or enjoy performances.
