Melbourne Football Club Stage 1-3

The scope of work for Stage 1 involves the refurbishment of existing football department at Casey Fields across the ground floor and first floor level along with design management and coordination with the architect.

Stage 2 of the project comprises demolition and strip out of 1200m2 of existing office space, meeting rooms and board room, installation of new glazed partitions, wall linings, ceilings and feature walls and upgrade of all electrical and mechanical infrastructure. The refurbishment also comprises construction of new trophy cabinets and boardroom.
 
Stage 3 comprises construction of a new 800m2 Aquatic centre which is being added onto the northern side of the clubs existing training hanger and includes 4 new recovery pools – 2 endless river pools, cold plunge and hot plunge. The centre also comprises new showers and wet areas, 2 IR Saunas, new meeting spaces and a new Entrance into existing facility.
