The contract involves the demolition of the existing pavilion and construction of a new multi-storey pavilion (approx. 940m2 total) comprising concrete substructure, block and structural steel superstructure, and external envelope comprising pre-finished CFC, glazed bricks, blockwork external wall linings, aluminium framed windows and metal deck roof cladding.

The new pavilion will provide for change rooms, amenities, store and kiosk at ground floor level to accommodate the increase in female participation in sports, and social rooms including amenities and a commercial kitchen to the upper floor with outdoor terraces areas overlooking the existing ovals.
