Sandringham Library & Maternal Child Health Redevelopment

Project is to provide a part demolition and full refurbishment of the existing Sandringham Library and Community building to allow for a library expansion and to provide for a new Maternal Child Health Service.

The scope includes a total fit-out of the new library and maternal health areas, significant joinery works, feature acoustic baffles, plasterboard ceilings including circular skylights, services upgrades, a roof replacement, electrical/mechanical and hydraulic services, and stormwater/drainage upgrade.
