Construction of a new two storey Performing Arts Centre, including the refurbishment of the existing music & drama rooms, external pavement works and interface between new & existing buildings. Demolition of the existing building made way for a concrete & steel building sub & superstructure, clad with a combination of precast, CFC & metal. The ground floor accommodates the office, art & gathering spaces, and first floor were dedicated to textiles, studies, art rooms & a tiered theatre seating area & stage.
