The scope of works includes demolition of the existing pavilion and associated infrastructure, construction of a new two-storey pavilion featuring change rooms, umpire facilities, first aid, kiosk, amenities, storage, and stadium seating on the ground floor and social areas, classrooms, bar, kitchen, meeting rooms, and terraces on the first floor. The scope also comprises the integration of existing services such as lighting and irrigation into the new facility.

The new pavilion will become a central hub for sporting, social, and learning activities at Marles Playing Fields, designed to support generations of Trinity students.
