Central Reserve Grandstand in Glen Waverley is undergoing an external refurbishment, and the City of Monash has appointed 2Construct as head contractor for the project.

Works include the restoration of the steel and concrete structure, the demolition and replacement of the existing roof, concrete repairs to the grandstand, and the repair and renewal of the grandstand timber seats, handrails and stairs.
