The Ron Barassi Snr Park is a new park and recreational space located in north-west Docklands below the Bolte Bridge. The park includes 2 full size soccer pitches with will accommodate a range of recreational activities, children’s playground featuring ‘big kid’ slides, loads of sand, diggers, swings and a water play area with pumps, fountains and mini weirs. Civil works included services infrastructure, new roads and 22,000m3 of bulk cut and fill works for new ovals and building works.
